Payment
and Cancelation Conditions
Best
Rate: 1st night non refundable deposit required on day of
making the reservation. For stays of five nights or more, a two night
deposit is required. Full payment will be debited from your card 30
days before arrival. For reservations outside the permitted cancelation
period (ie. reservations of 30 days or less in advance), full payment
will be charged to your card at the time of booking (even though the
reservations system will automatically display just a one night
deposit). Deposit payments are non refundable. Cancelations made more
than 30 days in advance will forfeit the deposit. For cancelations made
less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the total stay will be charged to
the card. One date change is permitted when requested at least 30 days
before check-in but only for reservations not during high season
(Easter week, 1 July-15 August; 20 December – 10 January). Date changes
are not permitted during high season.

Rate:
Credit card details are requested at the time of booking, but no charge
is made until 14 days prior to check-in when full payment will be
charged to your card. Cancelations can be made up to 10 days in advance
at no charge. Cancelations made less than 10 days in advance will
result in 100% payment being charged to the card. One date change is
permitted when requested at least 14 days before check-in but only for
reservations not during high season (Easter week, 1 July-15 August; 20
December – 10 January). Date changes are not permitted during high
season.
For all reservations, no shows and early check-outs are charged in
full ****.

** Please note that we only accept payment in pesos or by card. There
are no facilities to change travellers cheques on the island.
If
you have dollars to change, the best rates can be found in San Andres
Island.

**** Bad weather can lead to travel disruptions - we recommend that all
visitors obtain comprehensive travel insurance before visiting
Colombia. We are unable to provide refunds for unused nights
that may result from any missed connections.
