Deep Blue is blessed with a unique and privileged location on the border of the McBean Lagoon National Park. As a family business, we believe in playing our role in preserving the local environment and benefiting the community for generations to come.

Our hotel has been designed to have the minimum environmental impact on the site. We take additional measures to recycle waste and minimize unnecessary water and electricity usage. We also do our part to educate the local community and visiting tourists about the importance of ecotourism and the conservation of our fragile local environment, which constitutes part of the UNESCO designated Seaflower Biosphere Reserve.

We believe in making a positive impact on the local community in Providencia, so that our visitors can contribute towards the local economy. All of our hotels employees are local residents of Providencia. We also financially support local charitable and worthwhile causes, and help to recruit volunteers for a local conservation Non Governmental Organization.
